Bill Bondurant, Business Development - Charlotte, NC.
Bill joined FLS Energy in 2008
as Business and Project Developer in Commercial/Industrial Services. Bill’s
objectives include identifying opportunities to integrate solar thermal and
photovoltaic technologies in commercial and industrial applications, to include
hotels, hospitals, food service and manufacturing. Bill’s background (which
includes construction, land development, business development and renewable
energy sales) uniquely positions Bill to develop cost effective energy
efficiency solutions designed to reduce operating costs. Bill is a native of
Atlanta, Georgia and attended the University of Tennessee.
Chris Wachholz, RN, MBE, MEM, Business Development - Raleigh, NC.
Chris heads the FLS Energy Raleigh, NC area office. He earned a Bachelor in Science in Nursing from Marquette University and after working in critical care, emergency and hyperbaric medicine in Milwaukee, WI, relocated to Durham, NC to become the first manage of Divers Alert Network, (DAN) an international health and safety non-profit organization at Duke University. While at Duke, Chris earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business and Masters of Environmental Management (MEM) degree from the Nicholas School of the Environment, where he also worked as Director of Development before leaving to join FLS Energy in Spring of 2009. Chris's board service includes the Orange County Commission for the Environment, North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, North American Building Materials Re-Use Association and Coral Reef Alliance. Chris is a NC licensed general contractor and started two green building construction ventures focusing on building materials re-use and historic preservation.

Evelyn Winther, MBA, Business Development - Tennessee.
Evelyn represents FLS
Energy in East TN. She studied ecosystem management while earning a Bachelor of
Science in Ecology at the University of TN. She also holds an MBA in Technology
Management, and has worked for the US Sun Grant Center as a project organizer.
Her specialty is air quality issues and ways that technology can help address
them. Evelyn is also an active volunteer member of the East TN Clean Fuels
Coalition, and has served as a fund-raiser for several environmental groups.
Greg Ness, Esq., Business Development - Georgia & Alabama. 
Born in Auburn, Alabama,
Greg currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining FLS Energy, Greg
practiced in the environmental and land use group at the largest commercial real
estate law firm in the Southeast where he represented many of the national
retail corporations, hotels and several international development companies.
Prior to entering the legal practice, Greg was the law clerk for the
Environmental Protection Agency and the TN Department of Environment and
Conservation. Greg earned his JD and an MS from Vermont’s Environmental law
school. He also earned an MS in Molecular Biology from Tulane and his BS in
Biomedical Science from Auburn University, both with honors. Greg has also
drafted GRI sustainability reports and has volunteered his time extensively with
organic farms and non-profit environmental groups.
Phil Strouth, Business Development - Greensboro, NC. 
Phil represents FLS Energy for the Central Region of North Carolina. He lives and has a home office in Julian, North Carolina, which is in southeast Guilford County. Phil graduated in 1993 from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. While attending WCU, he was awarded a full athletic scholarship in football as a three year letterman, and also earned the Wallace and Jeanette Hyde Scholarship Award and the Athletic Director Achievement Award. Phil has 14 years experience as a professional salesman specializing in Material Handling and Engineered Industrial Systems. He has extensive experience in managing large scale system integration within various industries.

Tyler Johnson, Federal Business Development - National.
Tyler joined FLS Energy in 2010 to lead the company's Federal sales and business development. Tyler is focused on helping Federal facilities such as Military installations, VA facilities, and other agencies to achieve their renewable energy mandate, while improving energy security, reducing energy costs, and reducing environmental impact. Tyler brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and business development, including working with Federal, State, and Local governments on a variety of technology initiatives. Tyler is originally from California. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his MBA from the University of Michigan. When not working, Tyler enjoys coaching youth sports, volunteering with FCA, and cooking international cuisine.
Sam McLamb, Agri-Business Development - National.
Sam is developing FLS Energy's agribusiness activities, including business development, product development and project funding. Sam brings extensive experience working with swine and poultry companies to improve production efficiency and to increase revenue at processing facilities. Sam previously directed marketing for a $550 million division of RadioShack, and has helped develop, raise capital and launch several companies. Sam grew up working on a farm in Goldsboro, NC, received a BS in Biology from the University of the South at Sewanee and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin with honors. Outside of work, Sam spends time with his wife and three year old son who runs the house. Sam enjoys whitewater canoeing and kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, exploring and simply being outside.
Weston Blackwood, Business Development - South Carolina.
Weston represents FLS
Energy in South Carolina. He is originally from Spartanburg, SC, graduated from
Clemson University in 1997, and currently resides in Greenville, SC with his
wife and son. Prior to joining FLS Energy, Weston worked on several mixed-use
real estate developments in a sales and project management capacity with total
sales exceeding $30 million. The skills learned working on projects from
conception to completion has enabled Weston to help identify potential users of
solar applications, assuring client satisfaction through the contractual
obligations and beyond the installation phase. These landmark developments in
the heart of Greenville set a benchmark for urban development in the community.
